Ozzy Osbourne to tour North America With Rob Halford in 2010 and 2011 Ozzy Osbourne will return to North America for a month-long arena tour launching the Ozzy Osbourne tour November 12 in Victoria, B.C. and concluding December 12 in Minneapolis. These shows, in support of his album "Scream" (Epic Records) and latest single "Life Won't Wait", are part the of Ozzy's in-progress 18-month world tour on which he's earning some of the best live reviews of his career (including raves for new guitarist, Gus G.). HALFORD, featuring legendary JUDAS PRIEST frontman Rob Halford, will perform shows on all dates. The first leg of arena dates will mark Ozzy's first headlining North American tour since 2007's dates for his "Black Rain" album. Tickets for the Live Nation-produced tour go on sale beginning Friday, September 17 2010.
Ozzy is now on a run of acclaimed festival appearances and headlining overseas performances, including two Ozzfest dates: London at O2 Arena September 18 and Tel Aviv, Israel at Heyarkon Park September 28. This overseas trek includes stops in Russia, Italy, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Finland, Norway, Germany, Romania and Turkey, before wrapping October 4 in Hungary. Ozzy then heads to Japan (October 13, 16 and 17) before returning to the U.S. to headline the Voodoo Experience festival Halloween weekend in New Orleans, Louisiana. A limited number of Ozzy VIP tickets for this tour are available for tour dates on the North American tour through two unique meet-and-greet packages for shows. VIP packages go on sale Monday, September 13 at 10:00 a.m. (local venue time) and are limited to four per show date for the met-and-greet package and eight per show date for the party package. Descriptions of the two VIP packaged shows are as follows:

The fall dates will coincide with the October 5 release of an expanded two-CD version of the "Scream" album. This "Tour Edition" package will feature seven bonus songs: a mix of previously unreleased tracks and live recordings. Epic will also issue a four-sided vinyl edition that includes five bonus tracks: the three aforementioned songs from the "Scream" sessions and the live version of "Let Me Hear You Scream", along with the single version of "Life Won't Wait". Ozzy Osbourne tour lays out 2010 year-end 'Scream' concerts for North America The Prince of Darkness is ready to take his musical reign on the road. Ozzy Osbourne has announced the first leg of a late-year North American tour in support of his latest studio album, "Scream.". Tour dates go from 2010 to well into 2011.
Osbourne's headlining arena venture, his first (outside of Ozzfest) since 2007, launches November 12 at Memorial Centre in Victoria, BC. The North American trek concludes one month later on December 12 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN.
A dozen dates are on the late-year itinerary, most of them booked into Canadian markets like a November 14 show at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC, and a November 27 gig at Air Canada Center in Toronto, ON. Of the four dates currently announced for the United States, the highlight is a December 1 performance at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY.
Halford, fronted by Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford, will open each of the Ozzy tour dates.
Public onsales for the Ozzy Osbourne tour begin September 18, except tickets for Ozzy's Toronto show, which will be available to the general public starting September 17. According to current Ozzy tour dates listings on Ticketmaster.com, prices for the Canadian shows run from CA $29.50 up to CA $89.50. In the states, presently listed ticket prices run $36 to $81.50 (IZOD Center) and $49.50 to $89.50 (Madison Square Garden).
Osbourne released his 10th solo album "Scream" on June 22, peaking at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The veteran rocker is presently touring internationally and has more than a dozen dates booked from now through October.
Stateside, Osbourne headlined the six-date Ozzfest 2010 Tour with Mötley Crüe earlier this summer. He has another festival engagement planned for the fall, when he'll headline Voodoo Experience on October 30 at City Park in New Orleans, LA.

Ozzy Osbourne Biography Ozzy Osbourne grew up in a working-class family and left school at fifteen to work a series of low-paying jobs, before being imprisoned for burglary.

Black Sabbath released their self-titled debut album on Friday 13th February, 1970 and almost immediately, developed a cult following in both Britain and America. Unfortunately, Ozzy Osbourne and the rest of the band became seriously dependent on alcohol and cocaine, and gained a reputation for trashing cars and hotel rooms.
In 1977, the father of Ozzy Osbourne passed away, causing him to leave the band for a period before the release of their next album ‘Never Say Die’. Osbourne became increasingly disinterested in Black Sabbath and, at the end of the ‘Never Say Die’ tour, the band replaced him.
After months of despair and drug abuse, Osbourne met Sharon Arden, who helped him turn his life around. Sharon encouraged Osbourne to launch a solo career, and he joined forces with guitarist, Randy Rhoads, to begin work on his 1980 solo debut, Blizzard of Ozz.
